Pay stub(s) covering most recent 30 days and past two years' W-2s
Self-Employed
Two years personal and corporate/partnership commitment returns; YTD P&L and Balance Sheet, signed IRS Form 4506
Verification of Funds to Close (Funds on Deposit)
Most recent three months bank on statements
Verification of Funds to Close (Other Sources)
Appropriate supported documentation (i.e., if funds are from sale of stock, provide evidence of the value of the stock and evidence of receipt of funds from sale)
Mortgage Verification
Name, address and account number of mortgage holder
Rental Verification
Landlord's name and address for the last two years
Application
Original, signed, hand written application (in ink)
Supporting Documents
